Physiotherapy includes skilled assessment, diagnosis and treatment of issues related to movements, activities, work, walking, backache, general aches and pains, weakness, stiffness, strains, sprains, injuries, or for clients having orthopaedic surgery.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing if you prefer not to undress for the initial assessment, because it may include observing, or gently assisting, your range of movement at various joints.

The first appointment includes questions about your medical history and lifestyle. We will discuss the likely diagnosis and management of your symptoms. There is usually time towards the end of the appointment to start treatment, depending on how complicated your diagnosis is.
